This further shows how the importance of a perfect appearance was more important to the Golden Globes new crew than an inspiring female role model.

    Hollywood clearly does not have their priorities straight. As such to huge influencer to the values of our society, they should shed more like on a social justice movement than just another film.

    I completely agree with Katie. Hollywood is always looking to create something that will stand out and grab the attention of its consumers.. so why not use that skill to their advantage by drawing attention to a cause that needs support, such as the women's equality of representation in media and its implications in the real world.

      Justin Timberlake and Christopher Walken both starred in the 2017 Superbowl Commercial for the company "Bai," a flavored drink. This thirty-seconded commercial cost the company nearly $5 million despite the unknown success rate of the aired advertisement. Each sat in a formal sitting room, dressed in aged clothing, and recited lines from a Timberlake song coincidentally coinciding with the drink name. The obvious testimonial technique used two celebrities to further publicize and endorse the product. The mysterious Lovemarks form created a bond with the viewers by captivating their interest and attention through the famous singer and actor. This so called "trust," in reality is the Bai company manipulating and controlling consumers minds. Stranger Things Gets Stranger

     The best Netflix original series can easily be awarded to the show Stranger Things which first aired in July, 2016.  It received over one hundred award nominations and has been praised all over the world.  The cast staring Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Woldhard, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, Sadie Sink and Noah Schnapp, has dominated the media and became famous overnight through their outstanding work for the TV show.  The show and cast's popularity has been greatly taken advantage of within the past year which most likely influenced the creation of Season 2, in October, 2017.  Within the show, views see the actors and actresses wearing "Chuck Taylor's" shoes, drinking "Coca Cola", and eating "KFC" chicken.  These are prime examples of Madison and Vine techniques which manipulate views minds by hidden advertisements delicate product placement.  This highly used concept has become one of the top four forms of persuasion in the advertisin...
